2. Scope of Services

• The Agency does not issue visas or influence decisions made by government authorities. Final decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
• All information provided on our website is for general guidance and may change without notice based on official regulations.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all information and documents submitted.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the visa application process.
• You must review and confirm the accuracy of all forms and documents before submission.
• You must comply with all instructions provided by visa authorities, including attending appointments and providing biometric data where required.
• You acknowledge that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in visa refusal or legal consequences.

4. Fees & Payment

• Our consultancy fees are independent of any visa fee charged by embassies or official visa centres.
• All payments must be made in GBP (£) and in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
• Fees are non-refundable once consultancy or document-preparation work has started, regardless of the final outcome of the visa decision.
• Additional costs (such as translation, courier, travel insurance, or embassy fees) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise in writing.
• We reserve the right to change our service fees and structures at any time.

5. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

• We provide professional consultancy and guidance but cannot and do not guarantee visa approval.
• Visa decisions rest entirely with the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
• We shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or rejection arising from official decisions, procedural changes, or third-party service disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the Agency shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of travel, accommodation, business, or reputation.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid for those services.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement before the application submission stage by providing written notice.
• If you terminate services after work has commenced, you remain liable for all costs incurred up to that point.
• We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:
  • You breach these Terms;
  • You provide false or misleading information; or
  • Continued engagement would be unlawful or unethical in our reasonable opinion.

8. Intellectual Property
